Acceptance of Terms and Scope of Agreement
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 40000 ("Platform", "We"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 40000 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms set out herein.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you are not permitted to use this platform. Continued use following the enforcement of any amendments will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms apply to all users regardless of location; however, 40000 directs its operations to eligible users in Malaysia. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of this service complies with the laws of their country or jurisdiction.
Account Creation and Security Responsibilities
To access the full services of the 40000 platform, users are required to register a valid account using accurate and up-to-date personal information. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use this platform.
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account. Multiple registrations — whether under different names, phone numbers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your password and account login details confidential
- All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not with your knowledge
- Notifying 40000 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
- Updating your personal information whenever changes occur, particularly your phone number and email
40000 reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time for security and compliance purposes.
User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the 40000 platform solely for lawful and appropriate purposes. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary measures including account suspension and balance freeze:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform
- Cheating, falsifying information, or attempting to exploit any system vulnerability
- Sharing your account or allowing third parties to access it
- Engaging in any activity that could compromise the security, integrity, or reputation of the platform
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity
Users also agree not to spread false information, harass other users, or engage in any conduct that could cause harm to 40000 or its community. All disputes relating to betting outcomes must be submitted through official support channels within 7 days of the incident.
Payment Information, Deposits and MYR Transactions
All transactions on the 40000 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users can make deposits via supported payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX, and local bank transfers. Available payment methods are subject to change from time to time.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply to each payment method and may vary by user account. Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the stated timeframe — typically within minutes for electronic methods.
For withdrawals, users are required to use the same payment method used for their deposit, subject to identity verification. 40000 reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests that raise suspicion of fraud or terms violations. Any taxes or additional fees charged by banks or payment providers are the sole responsibility of the user.
Winnings and account balances that have been inactive for more than 12 months with no activity may be subject to a management fee deduction, as stated in the notice sent to the user.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Account Policy

40000 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses due to service disruptions, technical errors, or events beyond our control. Use of the platform is at the user's own risk.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and software found on the 40000 platform are the exclusive property of the platform and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or use any of these assets without prior written consent from 40000.
Account Suspension and Closure
40000 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, if the user is found to have violated any term in this document. Valid balances in accounts closed due to violations may be withheld pending an ongoing investigation.
Third-Party Links and Changes to Terms
The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. 40000 is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or your registered email. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
